If your packages goes undelivered and is returned to us, there will be a re-ship fee to re-ship the shoes to you. We will not accept any returns unless we made a mistake. Make sure the shoes are what you want (color, size, etc) before ordering. We inspect each and every shoe to make sure the quality is extremely high and note what the problems are on the website.
To return a package you MUST have a return authorization number. You can get this number by contacting our customer support center. We reserve the right to refuse any return/exchange.
