How do I place an order?
To place an order, simply add all desired items to your shopping cart. To place any of the items in a shopping cart,simply click on its price on its individual product page under"add to cart."You may change quantities by entering a desired number and hitting the 'update' button.Once complete, please hit the 'checkout' button.

What is the minimum order quantity?
Trust-Mall has no minimum order quantity, and we can ship single item as sample or large quantity orders worldwide.But we recommend that Buy more,save more.

Is there any sales tax?
There is no sales tax. Instead,sometimes you need to pay the import tax in your own country.If pay with paypal,there is 5% fee charged by paypal.Or else,there is not any extra fee.

What's up with the rural surcharge?
As you may imagine, it costs more to deliver packages in rural areas. We do not make any money on this surcharge! Still, even with the $2 surcharge, hope you agree that our shipping rates are very reasonable

Can you ship to my country?
Yes,we can ship single item sample or large orders worldwide.To qualify for free shipping, your orders should be over $100--otherwise for most order,the shipping rates are about $10-$20.

Can I get a catalog?
Trust-Mall does not publish a mail-order catalog because some items are the factory overrun / surplus / off-price merchandise which are rare and the inventory changes too frequently. We just list some of  the most popular items here.If you can't find what you want,just tell us,maybe we can find it in our warehouse. By the way, most of the photos are taken in the warehouse,which may seems a little dark. However, you will be delighted when you open your package.
